§26-13-110. Municipalities in more than one county.

Elections for a municipality which is located in more than one county shall be conducted by the county election board of the county wherein said municipality's central offices are located. The county election board or boards of the other affected county or counties shall provide such assistance as may be necessary for conduct of an election. Laws 1974, c. 153, § 13-110, operative Jan. 1, 1975.
