§26-13-101. County election board to conduct.

All municipal elections conducted in the State of Oklahoma shall be conducted by the county election board of the county wherein said municipality's central offices are located, unless otherwise provided by law. Laws 1974, c. 153, § 13-101, operative Jan. 1, 1975.
