§26-12-118. Certification.

The State Election Board shall certify the results of said election to the Governor, whereupon the Governor shall issue a proclamation declaring the results of said election and the passage or failure of any measure. Laws 1974, c. 153, § 12-118, operative Jan. 1, 1975.
