It is a discriminatory practice for a person to deny an individual the full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, and accommodations of a "place of public accommodation" because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, or disability. Added by Laws 1968, c. 388, § 402. Amended by Laws 1985, c. 165, § 11, eff. Nov. 1, 1985; Laws 2011, c. 270, § 12, eff. Nov. 1, 2011.
