The Department of Corrections shall establish and carry out the provisions of the Delayed Sentencing Program for Young Adults. The Program shall be not less than one hundred eighty
(180)days nor more than one
(1)year and shall provide a structured environment of intense confinement, supervision, treatment, discipline, and vocational or educational components designed specifically for the offender. Added by Laws 1987, c. 119, § 3, eff. Nov. 1, 1987. Amended by Laws 2003, c. 323, § 3, eff. July 1, 2003.
