Notwithstanding any other provision of the Oklahoma Community Sentencing Act, a defendant is not eligible for community sentencing if the defendant is charged with or convicted of an offense under Section 2 of this act. Added by Laws 2024, c. 224, § 3, eff. July 1, 2024.
