Where the magistrate terminated the preliminary hearing pursuant to Section 258 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes and a witness subsequently refuses an interview with counsel for the opposing party, the defendant or the State of Oklahoma may apply for an order that the witness be examined conditionally. Added by Laws 1994, c. 292, § 6, eff. Sept. 1, 1994.
