§22-259. Order of witnesses.

When the examination of the witnesses on the part of the state is closed, any witnesses the defendant may produce may be sworn and examined upon proper offer of proof made by defendant and if such
offer of proof shows that additional testimony is relevant to the issues of a preliminary examination. R.L. 1910, § 5675. Amended by Laws 1994, c. 292, § 4, eff. Sept. 1, 1994.
