All deoxyribonucleic acid
(DNA)samples, records and identifiable information generated pursuant to the provisions of Section 1 of Enrolled House Bill No. 2275 of the 2nd Session of the 55th Oklahoma Legislature that are required to be automatically expunged under the provisions of that section shall be inadmissible in any prosecution of that person for a crime committed after the date the DNA samples, records and identifiable information should have been automatically expunged.
