§22-1367. Volunteers - Liability for professional services.

Any member of the Oklahoma Bar Association who volunteers professional legal services without compensation for purposes of providing trial or appellate legal defense services to an indigent defendant shall not be subject to any liability for volunteered professional services that are performed in conjunction with the representation of said indigent defendant. Added by Laws 1992, c. 303, § 19, eff. July 1, 1992.
