The Board shall establish one main office and as many satellite offices as necessary for the proper representation of the System's clients. Added by Laws 1991, c. 238, § 10, eff. July 1, 1992. Amended by Laws 1992, c. 303, § 9, eff. July 1, 1992; Laws 2001, c. 210, § 10, eff. July 1, 2001.
