Any officer failing to comply with Section One of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) or more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), and imprisoned in the county jail not less than thirty
(30)days or more than sixty
(60)days for each offense. Laws 1919, c. 19, p. 36, § 2.
