§22-1104. Qualifications of bail - Justification.

The qualifications of bail are the same as those in civil cases, and the sureties must in all cases justify by affidavits taken before the magistrate, court or judge, or before the clerk of the district or superior court or his deputy, that they each possess those qualifications. R.L.1910, § 6106.
