§22-1089.3. Waiver of right to appeal.

In the event the state does not file the application to appeal as provided in Section 2 of this act, the state shall have waived any right to appeal from the magistrate's adverse decision. The magistrate's order shall then be final. Added by Laws 1987, c. 162, § 3, emerg. eff. June 25, 1987.
