When not prescribed by the Supreme Court or the Presiding Judge of the judicial administrative district, the district court shall prescribe when the office of the court clerk shall be open for the transaction of business in cities other than the county seat. Added by Laws 1968, c. 144, § 4, eff. Jan. 13, 1969.
