District No. 23. The counties of Lincoln and Pottawatomie. Said district shall have two
(2)district judges to be nominated and elected as follows: One candidate to be nominated and elected at large and a legal resident of Lincoln County, and one candidate to be nominated and elected at large and a legal resident of Pottawatomie County. Added by Laws 1980, c. 272, § 24, eff. July 1, 1980.
