The Court of Criminal Appeals may appoint one of its legal secretaries as marshal of the Court. The legal secretary so appointed shall perform such services without additional compensation. Added by Laws 1943, p. 249, § 1, emerg. eff. Feb. 8, 1943. Amended by Laws 1968, c. 294, § 3, eff. July 1, 1968.
