The Supreme Court is authorized to provide for electronic filing of documents in the Supreme Court and the district courts. The Administrative Office of the Courts shall promulgate rules for the filing of documents transmitted by electronic device. Rules for electronic filing must have the approval of the Supreme Court. Added by Laws 1997, c. 239, § 2, eff. July 1, 1997.
