The Supreme Court shall not enter into any joint development project with a vendor of computer software that requires county court clerk offices to use software that is not available to the
general public, other than software that is essential for operation of the court’s case management application and related components. Added by Laws 2002, c. 390, § 10, emerg. eff. June 4, 2002.
