§20-1309. Time allowed for transfer of remittances to proper fund.

All remittances transmitted to the Supreme Court for deposit to the State Judicial Revolving Fund and to the State Judicial Retirement Fund shall be placed by the Administrative Director of the Courts in a clearing account and thence transferred to the proper fund after refunds directed by the State Auditor and Inspector have been effected or thirty
