Unclaimed office files of a deceased lawyer that pertain to litigation, as well as those unrelated to any litigation, may be destroyed by persons lawfully in their possession after the lapse of five
(5)years from the death of the deceased lawyer. Added by Laws 1972, c. 175, § 2, emerg. eff. April 7, 1972.
