§18-587. Penalty.

Any person violating the provisions of Sections 1478 and 1479 of this article, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not exceeding Fifty Dollars ($50.00), or imprisoned in the county jail not exceeding thirty
(30)days, or may be punished by both such fine and imprisonment. R.L. 1910, § 1481.
