Notice of hearing of said petition shall be given by publication in a newspaper published in the town or city where the church or religious organization was located if there be one, and if there be
none, then in a newspaper at the county seat of the county, for two
(2)consecutive weekly issues, the first publication being at least fifteen
(15)days prior to the day of the hearing. Laws 1943, p. 39, § 4.
