Preservation and protection of property.
The property, both real and personal, belonging to or held in trust by or for any church, religious corporation, association, organization, or society, that has or shall become extinct, or that has or shall cease to function and use its property, shall be preserved and protected from waste and dilapidation. Laws 1943, p. 39, § 1.
