§18-552.6. Records - Inspection.

Every charitable organization shall keep and maintain a full and true record of the documents and information required for disclosure pursuant to Section 552.3 of this title for five
(5)calendar years in such form as will enable such charitable organization to accurately provide the information required herein. All records required hereunder shall be open to inspection during regular business hours, except as otherwise provided by court order, by the Office of the Attorney General and its employees, and upon demand shall be presented to that office for inspection.
