The Oklahoma Solicitation of Charitable Contributions Act shall not be construed to limit or to restrict the exercise of the powers or the performance of the duties of the Attorney General or of any district attorney of this state which they otherwise are authorized to exercise or perform under any other provision of law. Added by Laws 1959, p. 92, § 16, emerg. eff. May 8, 1959. Amended by Laws 2010, c. 460, § 10, eff. July 1, 2011.
