BECOMING A MEMBER. A person becomes a member:
(1)As provided in the organic rules;
(2)As the result of a merger or conversion under Article 16 of the Uniform Limited Cooperative Association Act of 2009; or
(3)With the consent of all the members. Added by Laws 2009, c. 68, § 41, eff. Jan. 1, 2010.
