SUPPLEMENTAL PRINCIPLES OF LAW. Unless displaced by particular provisions of the Uniform Limited Cooperative Association Act of 2009, the principles of law and equity supplement the Uniform Limited Cooperative Association Act of 2009. Added by Laws 2009, c. 68, § 8, eff. Jan. 1, 2010.
