LIMITED COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION SUBJECT TO AMENDMENT OR REPEAL OF THE UNIFORM LIMITED COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION ACT OF 2009. A limited cooperative association governed by the Uniform Limited Cooperative Association Act of 2009 is subject to any amendment or repeal of the Uniform Limited Cooperative Association Act of 2009. Added by Laws 2009, c. 68, § 3, eff. Jan. 1, 2010.
