§18-438.35. Act deemed amendment of Constitution.

It is hereby expressly declared by the Legislature that this entire act is an amendment to, and alteration of, Section 18 through Section 34 inclusive of Article IX of the Constitution of the State of Oklahoma, as authorized by Section 35 of Article IX of said Constitution. Added by Laws 1991, c. 135, § 16, eff. Sept. 1, 1991.
