§18-428. Liability of subscribers and shareholders.

All subscribers or shareholders shall be severally and individually liable to the creditors of the corporation, to the amount of the unpaid capital stock subscribed for, or held by them, respectively and to no other or further amount. Laws 1919, c. 147, p. 213, § 8; Laws 1923, c. 167, p. 269, § 2.
