§18-381.28. Members meetings.

An annual meeting of the members or stockholders of each association shall be held to elect directors, and special meetings of the members or stockholders may be called and held pursuant to such notice as may be provided by the bylaws. Amended by Laws 1988, c. 65, § 19, emerg. eff. March 25, 1988.
