NOTICES TO SHAREHOLDERS AND CREDITORS
All notices required to be given to shareholders and creditors in any action in which a receiver or trustee for a corporation was appointed shall be given by the district court, unless otherwise ordered by the court. Added by Laws 1986, c. 292, § 108, eff. Nov. 1, 1986.
