MORTGAGE OR PLEDGE OF ASSETS
The authorization or consent of shareholders to the mortgage or pledge of a corporation's property and assets shall not be necessary, except to the extent that the certificate of incorporation otherwise provides. Added by Laws 1986, c. 292, § 93, eff. Nov. 1, 1986.
