FORMALITIES REQUIRED OF STOCK SUBSCRIPTIONS
A subscription for stock of a corporation, whether made before or after the formation of a corporation, shall not be enforceable against a subscriber, unless in writing and signed by the subscriber or by his agent. Added by Laws 1986, c. 292, § 47, eff. Nov. 1, 1986.
