§17-81. Jurisdiction of Corporation Commission over crossings.

The Corporation Commission is given full jurisdiction over all public highway crossings, where same cross steam or electric railroads or railways within the State of Oklahoma. Added by Laws 1919, c. 53, p. 88, § 1.
