§17-73. Right of appeal.

From any action of the Commission prescribing rates and charges for the transportation of passengers between points within this state, any party aggrieved may appeal to the Supreme Court in the manner now provided by law for appealing cases from the Corporation Commission to the Supreme Court. Laws 1913, c. 130, p. 287, § 3.
