§17-39. Petty cash fund – Maximum amount - Administration.

There is hereby created a petty cash fund for the Corporation Commission to be used for the purpose of supplying small change. The Corporation Commission working in conjunction with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall fix the maximum amount of the petty cash fund. The Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall prescribe all forms, systems, and procedures for administering the petty cash fund. Added by Laws 1983, c. 263, § 12, operative July 1, 1983.
