There is hereby created within the Corporation Commission a Data Processing Division. The Division shall be responsible for all data processing requirements of the Commission and shall be funded from
any monies available to the Commission. The Director of the Data Processing Division shall be in the unclassified service. Added by Laws 1980, c. 298, § 9, emerg. eff. June 13, 1980. Amended by Laws 1985, c. 325, § 4, emerg. eff. July 29, 1985; Laws 2002, c. 347, § 1, emerg. eff. May 30, 2002.
