Revolving Fund.
All fees collected by the Oklahoma Corporation Commission under the provisions of Sections 348 through 348.9 of this title shall be deposited with the State Treasurer to the credit of the Corporation Commission Revolving Fund. Added by Laws 2018, c. 27, § 56, eff. Nov. 1, 2018. Amended by Laws 2019, c. 82, § 23, eff. July 1, 2019.
