§17-125. Unclaimed refunds - Administrations.

All refunds not paid out by the Commission, or unclaimed, shall be administered in accordance with the Uniform Unclaimed Property Act (1981). Laws 1913, c. 10, p. 11, § 5; Laws 1991, c. 331, § 48, eff. Sept. 1, 1991.
