A service warranty shall contain a disclosure statement containing substantially the following information: "This is not an
insurance contract. Coverage afforded under this contract is not guaranteed by the Oklahoma Insurance Guaranty Association". Added by Laws 2012, c. 150, § 21, eff. Nov. 1, 2012.
