Except as otherwise provided, the State Administrative Procedure Act (Title 75, Oklahoma Statutes, Chapters 7 and 8) applies to and governs all administrative action taken by the Administrator pursuant to this article or the part on regulated and supervised Loans (Part 5) of the article on loans (Article 3). Added by Laws 1969, c. 352, § 6-107, eff. July 1, 1969.
