RENEWAL OF LICENSE.
A consumer litigation funder shall renew its license on December 1 every two
(2)years by paying a renewal fee as determined by the Administrator. Added by Laws 2013, c. 386, § 13, eff. Nov. 1, 2013. NOTE: Editorially renumbered from Title 14A, § 3-713 to avoid a duplication in numbering.
