§14A-3-703. Prohibition on gifts – Revenue sharing.

A private educational lender may not, directly or indirectly:
(a)offer or provide any gift to a covered educational
institution in exchange for any advantage or
consideration provided to such private educational
lender related to its private educational loan
activities; or
(b)engage in revenue sharing with a covered educational
institution. Added by Laws 2013, c. 99, § 9, eff. July 1, 2013.
