§14A-3-605. Loan finance charge for other loans.

With respect to a loan other than a consumer loan, the parties may contract for the payment by the debtor of any loan finance charge, not in excess of the rate of loan finance charge specified in Section 5-107(2). Added by Laws 1969, c. 352, § 3-605, eff. July 1, 1969. Amended by Laws 1982, c. 335, § 50, operative June 1, 1982.
