Delivery Without Endorsement: Right to Compel Endorsement.
The transferee of a negotiable tangible document of title has a specifically enforceable right to have its transferor supply any necessary endorsement but the transfer becomes a negotiation only as of the time the endorsement is supplied. Added by Laws 1961, p. 150, § 7-506. Amended by Laws 2005, c. 140, § 33, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
