CONTRADICTORY TERMS OF INSTRUMENT
If an instrument contains contradictory terms, typewritten terms prevail over printed terms, handwritten terms prevail over both, and words prevail over numbers. Laws 1961, p. 105, § 3-114; Amended by Laws 1991, c. 117, § 39, eff. January 1, 1992.
