The affixing of a seal to a record evidencing a contract for sale or an offer to buy or sell goods does not constitute the record a sealed instrument and the law with respect to sealed instruments does not apply to such a contract or offer. Added by Laws 1961, p. 77, § 2-203. Amended by Laws 2024, c. 13, § 9, eff. Nov. 1, 2024.
