PRIORITY
This act determines the priority of conflicting claims to collateral. However, if the relative priorities of the claims were established before this act takes effect, Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code as it existed before amendment by this act determines priority. Added by Laws 2015, c. 374, § 25, eff. Nov. 1, 2015.
